Senior Reporting Analyst – Fully Insured – Minneapolis

Summary
Develop and implement reporting in support of a new fully insured product. Support the process with other leaders and experts, as well as external business partners, to deliver reporting workflows and leverage resources and tools to deliver analytics for the insured product.

Accountabilities
• Support the process to partner with analytic and product team leadership to design internal and employer reporting appropriate for a fully insured product.
• Manage and support the delivery of fully insured reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate and leverage current Bind reporting and analytic resources for the new product.
• Support the development of any product-specific technical infrastructure required.
• Scale reporting and insight delivery aligned with growth.
• Work to facilitate meetings and develop communications to provide feedback to teams on reporting priorities and experiences for integration into the business.
• Develop and manage reporting or cross functional projects or programs, which includes proposed budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements.
• Manage the expectations and communications with leaders and other stakeholders on reporting and program status, timelines and resources.
• Ensure processes and operations complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations; provide interpretation within area not requiring formal legal opinions.
• Act as key point of contact for any questions/ needs regarding reporting management.
• Analyze and trends reporting and operational data to identify reporting or process inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline required.
• At least 5 years of experience in health care analytics and program evaluation.
• A strong understanding of principles, practices and terminology regarding fully insured reporting and analytics.
• Deep understanding of the execution of reporting regulations in a fully insured environment.
• Strong working knowledge of technical, internal, and customer focused reporting tools.
• Strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Process improvement principles and programs.
• Project and program management principles and practices.
• Computer applications and systems related to the work.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within the health care industry
• Start-up Experience:
• Working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Agile, ready to change direction on the fly
