Digital Marketing Manager - Minneapolis

Summary
Our Marketing team is growing! Our newly created Digital Marketing Manager will have a complete understanding of current digital marketing strategies and tools to develop, execute and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and online advertising for B2B and Consumer Engagement.
  • Create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across Google and Bing; analyze metric reports to measure ongoing performance and ROI
  • Create and implement social media strategy plans and plans; write content for blogs/social platforms; develop content editorial calendars
  • Mange and facilitate the Bind Webinar program
  • Design and manage B2B account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monitor and optimize spend and performance
  • Plan and execute testing programs
  • Work with vendor partners to implement programs
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize program performance

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years hands on experience in digital marketing. B2B Marketing experience required.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, ABM, marketing database, email, social media, web presence and advertising campaigns
  • Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in creating landing pages and market/target funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariable testing
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development
  • Proven experience with marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven orientation with solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Google Analytics Certified Strongly Preferred
