Project Manager & Analyst - Minneapolis

Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager & Analyst to join Bind's Analytics & Reporting team. This newly created role will have the opportunity to contribute in a wide range of areas from managing requests to conducting analyses. You will be integral to managing the team's backlog of requests and working across the organization to ensure requests are clearly defined, appropriately triaged and delivered on a timely basis. You will have an opportunity to learn from a talented group of professionals to develop your analytic skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and triage inbound requests to the Reporting & Analytics team
  • Work with the Reporting & Analytics lead to prioritize requests and track the team's roadmap
  • Identify inbound requests which lack clarity and work with requesters to define requirements, if needed
  • Operate a process that regularly updates requesters on request status
  • Support development and application of operational processes to streamline the function of the Reporting & Analytics team
  • Develop a strong understanding of Bind's data model
  • Support and perform analyses on large sets of health care data
  • Contribute to the development of standard reports and dashboards
  • Maintain Bind's inventory of available analyses and reports
  • Support Bind's effort to catalog its data

Requirements

  • BS in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or other technical field
  • Ability to understand and apply organizational priorities
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong data skills – querying and visualizing data
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • The confidence to work with all levels of the organization
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Experience with health care data, especially claims and enrollment data, preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean practices, ideal
